When it comes to billing, please be aware that if you use payment platforms like Shop Pay, Klarna, or PayPal, their order notifications (like those in the Shop app) might include a product image. For ultimate privacy when purchasing something intimate, we suggest checking out with an alternate email address or disabling notifications from these third-party apps.

At La Pepa, we typically ship orders within 24 business hours of purchase. Once your order has a tracking number, we'll send you an email notification so you can keep an eye on its journey.
Please remember that weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

If you're out when your package is delivered, your mail person will find a safe place to leave your parcel. If they are not able to leave the parcel in a safe place then you will either receive an email explaining the next steps or you will receive a card through the letterbox. If your parcel is sent to a local delivery office, then that will be held for 10 days before being returned to us. Don't forget to take the delivery notification (collection card if applicable, SMS, email) and some photo ID registered to your delivery address when you collect your order in person.
