Our Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at La Pepa! Your happiness and satisfaction are our top priorities. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to help.

We offer a 30-day return window for most items. If 30 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can no longer offer a refund or exchange.


How to Start a Return

You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return. To get started, simply send us an email:

Let us know your order number and what you'd like to return. We will then reply with the return shipping address and instructions.

Conditions for a Successful Return

For us to process your return, especially for health and hygiene reasons, the item must meet these conditions:

  • The item must be completely unused.
  • The item must be in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging. If the seal is broken, we cannot accept the return.
  • You'll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

What Can't Be Returned? (Exceptions)

Due to their nature, some items are exempt from being returned. This is for the health, safety, and hygiene of all our customers. Non-returnable items include:

  • Any item that has been opened or used.
  • Liquids, such as lubricants and cleaning products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Sale items: Only regular-priced items can be refunded. All sale items are final.

How Your Refund Is Processed

Once your returned item arrives at our facility, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. We’ll then send you an email to let you know that we’ve received it and whether your refund has been approved.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., your credit card). Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, as processing times can vary between payment providers.

Partial Refunds: In some rare cases, only a partial refund may be granted (for example, if an item is returned with damaged packaging for reasons not caused by us).

Haven't Received Your Refund Yet?

If it seems like your refund is taking a while, here are a few steps you can take:

  1. Double-check your bank account or statement.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it can sometimes take a while for them to officially post the refund.
  3. If you’ve done all of this and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@la-pepa.com, and we'll look into it for you.

About Return Shipping

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. These shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, please note that the cost of the original shipping fee from your order may be deducted from your total refund amount.

Because we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service. This protects you and ensures your package makes it back to us safely.
