If your warranty claim is approved, we'll immediately send a brand-new toy your way! We're just as excited as you are to get a working toy into your hands.
In the rare event that the exact toy isn't available at that moment, don't fret! You'll receive a 100% refund. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
